CGAL Kite board and Windsurf Festival 2015
We invite you to the first Cagayan Grand
Adventure and Leisure (CGAL) Kite board and
Windsurf Festival which will take place in Anguib
Beach at Cabo Engaņo, Sta Ana Cagayan on January
11th to 17th, 2015. This event is organized by
the Philippine Kiteboarding Association (PKA) and
hosted by North Cagayan & Cagayan Grand Adventure
and Leisure (CGAL).
Local and Foreign Windsurf competitors from
beginners to professionals are all welcome to
join. We look forward to welcoming athletes to
